Diamond Standard Baseball is a Toronto/Etobicoke-based youth baseball camp and training program dedicated to developing confident, skilled, and passionate players. Based in the Etobicoke area, we provide structured, age-specific baseball programming for young athletes of all skill levels.
Our summer baseball camps and training programs are built around high-quality coaching, small-group instruction, and a clear daily structure that balances skill development with fun, competitive game play. Players spend their mornings focused on fundamentals such as hitting, throwing, fielding, and baseball IQ, followed by afternoons centred around games, competitions, and applied learning.
At Diamond Standard Baseball, we believe player development goes beyond just on-field performance. Our coaching approach emphasizes confidence, leadership, teamwork, and a love for the game, all within a safe, organized, and positive camp environment. Whether athletes are new to baseball or competing at a REP level, our programs are designed to help them take the next step in their development.
Our mission is simple: to provide a high-standard baseball camp experience in Toronto that parents trust and players look forward to every day.
Diamond Standard Baseball offers structured summer development programs for motivated players looking to improve their game in a focused, high-rep environment.
Programs are available for players ages 10 to 15, with training that covers hitting, throwing, fielding, and game situations.

WHY CHOOSE US?
At Diamond Standard Baseball, every program is built with intention. Our camps are designed to develop players in a structured and focused training environment while still keeping the game fun, engaging, and positive. We prioritize quality instruction, repetitions, and small group training to ensure every athlete receives real value from their time on the field. Player safety and supervision are always a priority. Our goal is to provide an environment where athletes are actively learning, improving their skills, and leaving camp with confidence and a genuine love for the game.
While development is our priority, we believe players learn best when they’re enjoying the process. Our programs include fun, competitive games, challenges, and team-based activities that keep energy high and create a love for the game.
Our coaches are committed to teaching the game the right way. All of our staff have significant experience either playing or coaching high-level baseball. We focus on clear instruction, positive reinforcement, and holding players to appropriate standards in a safe and supportive environment.
We believe that players should be separated by age and skill level to maximize learning while also reducing the chance of injury. Each age group and program level is carefully designed to match the needs, ability, and pace of the players involved, from beginner fundamentals to rep and elite-level training.
Who is this Camp For?
Diamond Standard Baseball Camps are designed for high-level players who are serious about developing their skills and love the game of baseball. Our programs are best suited for athletes who thrive in a structured environment and are motivated to learn, compete, and improve every day.
FAQs
Great question!
Our 'skilled' program, while open to house league players, is more targeted toward players with an existing skill set. You will have players ranging from Houseleague to AAA in this program. The program will be more tailored towards REP and Select Players. If you feel your house league child can keep up with this pace of play, they are more than welcome to sign up.
Our REP/Select weeks are only open to those who currently play REP (A-AAAA) or Select (DS or HS)
Our 'Elite' weeks are only for those who can keep up with an AAA/Elite program. It is open to any player who plays REP (A-AAAA) baseball; however, the programming will be run at an AAA/Elite Level.
Our Open weeks will be more tailored towards a more house league program. While REP players are welcome to sign up, the programming will be more basic
Pick up and drop off will be at Avon Park Drive, between the big diamond (south) and the small diamond (North). We will have a tent set up with a check in clipbord and binder - it will be hard to miss
Dropoff will be between 9 AM and 9:30 AM - Pick up will be between 3:30 PM and 4 PM
We offer several different types of camps, each designed for specific skill levels.
REP / Select camps are open only to players currently competing at the Select or REP level.
Skilled Camps are primarily designed for REP players. House league athletes are welcome to attend if they have a strong skill set and are able to keep up with a fast-paced, competitive training environment. Due to the expectations and intensity of these camps, we recommend them only for house league players who are very confident in their abilities.
We also offer dedicated house league / beginner camps, which are specifically structured to support players who are newer to the game or still developing their fundamentals.
Due to the limited length of the summer and the focus of our programming, the number of house league–specific camps is limited. However, additional house league opportunities may open depending on demand and availability.
If you are interested in house league programming or would like to be notified if additional spots become available, please contact info@diamondstandardbaseball.com to be added to our waitlist.
Camper safety is our top priority. Our programs run fully outdoors, and we closely monitor weather conditions each day.
During light to heavy rain for a short period of time, camp will continue as scheduled. We use tents and covered areas to keep players dry and safe, and we adjust activities as needed.
If severe or all-day weather is forecasted (heavy rain, thunderstorms, lightning, extreme heat, or other unsafe conditions), we may delay, shorten, or cancel camp for the morning, afternoon, or full day. Families will be notified as early as possible.
In the event of unexpected severe weather during camp hours, staff will immediately move campers to the safest available shelter and contact parents if early pickup becomes necessary.
All decisions are made with camper safety and well-being in mind.
Refunds will not be issued for weather-related interruptions.

We will go to the park across the street daily and do various non-baseball activities, such as dodgeball or football, etc., as well as a 'fun day Friday' where we will hold our baseball olympics competition in the morning and water day in the afternoon (TBC).
