Charlie grew up playing baseball in Toronto before continuing his career at the collegiate level with the University of the Fraser Valley and later Humber College. While at Humber, he was named a First Team OCAA All-Star at shortstop. He brings years of experience training young athletes, working with players from 8U beginner to 18U elite.
Charlie specializes in hitting and defensive development, with a coaching philosophy centred on helping players reach their full potential by building strong fundamentals, a confident mindset, and a genuine love for the game. He is currently signed to play professionally this summer with the Kitchener Panthers of the Canadian Baseball League.
While continuing his playing career, Charlie remains committed to making a positive impact off the field by mentoring young athletes and fostering their growth both as players and individuals. Leading programming and skill development at Diamond Standard Baseball is the perfect opportunity to do just that; he is excited to get started this summer.
